Pro Se packets can be obtained from the Clerk of District Court.  The Clerk and deputies may explain filing procedures, however they cannot give legal advice. 

The following packets are available:  Divorce (with Children), Divorce (without children), Child Support Modification, Custody and Child Support and Order to Show Cause and Contempt of Court.  

Fee:  $10.00

 Pro Se packets may be purchased in our office or may be downloaded from the Wyoming Supreme Court website:  www.state.wy.us by clicking on the "Self Help Center" tab on the left side of the page. 

 

Also available  in the Clerk of District Court's office is a Name Change packet for $4.00.
