Note:  As per an amendment to the Johnson County Subdivision Regulations adopted by Resolution 339 by the Board of Johnson County Commissioners on June 19, 2007, developers are required to submit subdivision-related items for the upcoming Planning & Zoning Commission meeting at least 30 calendar days prior to that meeting to allow sufficient time for staff review and distribution of the subdivision application and supporting documents.

In accordance with W.S. 18-5-202(a), all Johnson County Planning & Zoning Commission meetings, records and accounts are open to the public.

All Johnson County Planning & Zoning Commission meetings are held in the Johnson County Planning Department conference room, Johnson County Office Annex A, 26 N. DeSmet Street, Suite A, Buffalo, WY unless otherwise advertised.
