per an amendment to the Johnson County Subdivision Regulations adopted by Resolution 339
by the Board of Johnson County Commissioners on June 19, 2007, developers are required to
submit subdivision-related items for the upcoming Planning & Zoning Commission
meeting at
least 30 calendar days prior to that meeting.
In accordance with W.S. 18-5-202(a),
all Johnson County Planning & Zoning Commission meetings,
records and accounts are open to the public.
